OUR STORY

The journey of Ikon Sana began with a simple, yet powerful vision: to create a space where individuals can experience true connection—both with themselves and the world around them. It all started with my own path of self-discovery, healing, and deep connection to indigenous wisdom and shamanic practices. As a holistic health coach and therapist, I have always been drawn to the transformative power of nature, spirituality, and mindful living.

Through my experiences of working with plants, engaging in shamanic practices, and fostering deeper connections with both individuals and communities, I saw the immense value in sharing this knowledge and these tools with others. Ikon Sana was born from that vision—a space where wisdom is shared, and healing is not just possible, but inevitable when you open yourself to it.
