Description
This altar cloth is a tapestry of spiritual guidance, embroidered with sacred symbols from the Shipibo tradition. At its heart is the presence of a maestro — a Shipibo healer — whose spirit holds the space for deep transformation and plant wisdom. The flowing patterns around him echo icaros, the vibrational songs that call in healing and harmony.
The Chakruna leaves, used in the brew of Ayahuasca, symbolize the plant’s gift of vision, clarity, and heart expansion. A radiant hummingbird dances through the scene — a messenger between worlds and carrier of joy, speed, and sacred nectar. Below, a ceremonial urn anchors the cloth, representing the sacred container that holds the medicine, the prayers, and the spirit of Pachamama.
This is a powerful piece for those walking the path of the plants, carrying the frequency of deep reverence, healing, and connection with the unseen.
Size 46x46cm. Made by Shipibo maestro Richard’s family from Pucallpa.
